STEP 2 — NEUTRALIZING LOTION 1.5 ML SACHET PLATINUM

Professional neutralizer to fix the curl and stabilize the hair structure. PLATINUM Neutralizing Lotion in sachet format fixes the curl created in Step 1, restores disulfide bonds and prevents breakage. Caring ingredients retain moisture and protect eyelashes and eyebrows.

ACTION AND COMPOSITION:

Hydrogen peroxide - fixes the new shape, restoring the bonds
Panthenol (vitamin B5) - moisturizes, adds shine, strengthens
Mineral oil + Simethicone - protective film, less brittle
Ceteareth-20 + Cetearyl Alcohol - softening, even distribution
Laureth-3 - gentle cleansing and smoothing
Oxyquinoline Sulfate - antiseptic action

APPLICATION

Lashes and eyebrows: half the time of Step 1, but not less than 5 minutes
