Public offer (general terms of sale)
1. Seller identification

2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products through the Website to consumers in Spain, under Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).
3. Formation of contract
The contract is formed when the User receives order confirmation by email. The Seller may decline an order due to unavailability, notifying the User promptly.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout. Payment via available methods (PayPal, card/TPV). No full card data is stored on the Site.

6. Right of withdrawal
Under Art. 102 et seq. TRLGDCU, the User has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without justification. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise. Notify europeplatinum@gmail.com before the deadline. Products must be returned unused, in original condition/packaging where possible. Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene/health protection reasons are exempt (Art. 103.d TRLGDCU) — relevant for certain cosmetic/professional products.
7. Refunds
Upon valid withdrawal, the Seller refunds the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty and conformity
Products carry the legal conformity guarantee under TRLGDCU (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination for defects). Claims: europeplatinum@gmail.com.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for delays due to force majeure. Liability is limited as provided by applicable consumer protection law.
10. Data protection
Governed by the Site's Privacy policy.
11. Dispute resolution
EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumer arbitration boards also available.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies; competent courts are those of the consumer's domicile, without prejudice to consumer protection rights.
